God speaks to Moshe as HaShem saying He appeared to patriarchs (Avaraham, Yitzchak, Yaakov) as אל שדיEl Shaddai God Almighty, God reassures Moshe that he will bring His people out והוצאתי אתכם rescue them והצלתי אתכם redeem them וגאלתי אתכם take them in ולקחתי אתכם bring them to the land והבאתי אתכם אל-הארץ, Moshe expresses concern that neither Israel nor Pharaoh will listen to him, sons of Reuven & Shimon & Levi, lineage from Levi to Kohat to Amram + his aunt Jochebed to Aaron & Moshe, Moshe led by God with Aaron as spokesman go to Pharaoh, Aaron's staff-snake swallows staffs-snakes of sorcerers, Pharaoh's heart is hard and strengthened by God to refuse to let the people go throughout plagues of blood דם frogs צפרדעים lice כנים swarm ערוב pestilence דבר boils שחין, with 7th plague of hail ברד Pharaoh recognizes God as supreme but after cessation of the hail with fire inside sins more and hardens his own heart

וְהָיִ֥יתִי לָכֶ֖ם לֵֽאלֹהִ֑ים

וִֽידַעְתֶּ֗ם כִּ֣י אֲנִ֤י יְהוָה֙ אֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם

הַמּוֹצִ֣יא אֶתְכֶ֔ם מִתַּ֖חַת סִבְל֥וֹת מִצְרָֽיִם

And I will take you to be My people,

and I will be your God;

and you will know that I am HaShem your God

who brought you out from under the sufferings of Egypt.

God promises ingathering of Israel to dwell in security as He judges nations, prophecy against Paraoh and Egypt, Egypt given to Nevukhadretzar/Nevukhadnetzar King of Bavel/ Babylon, Israel will know HaShem
